Gareth himself graduated from university with a BA and began a career in recruitment with one of the country’s leading RPO companies. After two years he sought a fresh challenge and joined Synergize in 2006. Following eight years of exemplary service, and excelling in a number of roles, he became a director in 2013. Gareth’s responsibilities now include managing the delivery of services and resources into Synergize’s accounts, business development and management of the delivery teams.
