CV Magazine are delighted to announce the commencement of the 2020 Canadian Business Awards, where we look to recognise the tireless efforts of the industries, businesses and individuals that continue to strive above and beyond in what they do. The Great White North economy continues to thrive under challenging times through the determination of the workers, owners and everyone involved in business the economy continues to the grow.
CV Magazine continue to award those with the grit and determination of the workforce of numerous businesses across the whole of the Great White North in the 3rd annual Canadian Business Awards.
Entering the 2020 Canadian Business Awards on CV Magazine is a perfect way to showcase your successes within your industry. Just by taking part in the awards you are confirming your belief in your products and services you provide as well as proving that you are willing to go under scrutiny to prove you are the best of the best.
Once a firm has been nominated that will be added to the shortlist and have the opportunity to provide us with supporting evidence via a tailor-made questionnaire that our awards coordinator will send out. Once the deadline passes our dedicated research team will conduct further research into the nominees by looking into information on the public domain. They compile this information into a case file that is passed on to our judging panel whom then determine the 2020 winners.
Going on to win one of the Canadian Business Awards will furnish you with the evidence to show your superiority over your competitors. Steven came to the join the media group in 2015 and has since proven to be a most respected, conscientious and valued team member. Steven is committed to ensuring Corporate Vision’s awards nominees and winners are supported throughout the process and that winners understand how to gain the most value and exposure from their award win.
The Corporate Vision team work diligently to identify market leaders, innovators and enterprising start-ups, driving many of the nominations themselves.
We also encourage external nominations from Corporate Vision subscribers, online visitors, social media followers, clients and from our wider group circulation.
Nominating parties are invited to put forward either third-party businesses whom they hold in high regard, or their own organisation.
All nominees are formally requested to accept their nomination. Should any firm or individual rather decline at this point, they are simply taken out of the running.
Nominees who formally accept their nomination are given the opportunity to submit additional materials in support of their initial nomination. Although there is no obligation to supply material, we have found that many nominees value this stage in the process as much as our research team.
Evaluating and judging
Our dedicated research team will assess all material submitted by the nominee in order to determine winners based on merit, not popularity. The team also gather information independently from a variety of publicly accessible sources.
Ultimately, the research team casts their judgment based on various criteria, including:
- Client dedication
- Business growth
- Online reputation
- Customer feedback
- Business performance
Once winners are determined, they are personally notified before any public announcement is made, allowing time for any communications throughout the wider business and the coordination of marketing strategies.
Once the press embargo is lifted, details of the winners will be made public via the website, award winners’ magazine and subscriber newsletter.
Making the most of your win
We are prepared to offer a range of promotional packages and items to Corporate Vision winners, which vary from inclusion in the free-of-charge winners’ directory, to trophies, content in the magazine and online advertising.
We encourage all winners to publicly announce their win independently. Announcements via company websites, social media, press releases, and through local and national press are all great ways of maximising the exposure which can be gained from such an achievement.
