The Corporate Coaching & Recruitment Awards are judged purely on merit. To ensure this, our in-house research team carefully analyse any information that is available both online and in the public domain. As a nominee, you will be asked to prepare a short case file disclosing their chosen area of business and practice, any previous accolades as well as your position within the industry. Product samples and media pack are also accepted but are non-mandatory.
Through our merit-driven process, we look to ensure that any successful candidates in our awards can be assured that their accolades are truly deserved whilst also offering the opportunity to expand the achievement further to CV Magazine’s highly engaged circulation and regular web traffic.
Taking part in CV Magazine’s Awards is the perfect way to affirm your status as an industry leader, whilst also instilling confidence in your clients, customers and colleague that you are providing an award-winning service. Steven came to the join the media group in 2015 and has since proven to be a most respected, conscientious and valued team member. Steven is committed to ensuring Corporate Vision’s awards nominees and winners are supported throughout the process and that winners understand how to gain the most value and exposure from their award win.
The Corporate Vision team work diligently to identify market leaders, innovators and enterprising start-ups, driving many of the nominations themselves.
We also encourage external nominations from Corporate Vision subscribers, online visitors, social media followers, clients and from our wider group circulation.
Nominating parties are invited to put forward either third-party businesses whom they hold in high regard, or their own organisation.
All nominees are formally requested to accept their nomination. Should any firm or individual rather decline at this point, they are simply taken out of the running.
Nominees who formally accept their nomination are given the opportunity to submit additional materials in support of their initial nomination. Although there is no obligation to supply material, we have found that many nominees value this stage in the process as much as our research team.
Evaluating and judging
Our dedicated research team will assess all material submitted by the nominee in order to determine winners based on merit, not popularity. The team also gather information independently from a variety of publicly accessible sources.
Ultimately, the research team casts their judgment based on various criteria, including:
- Client dedication
- Business growth
- Online reputation
- Customer feedback
- Business performance
Once winners are determined, they are personally notified before any public announcement is made, allowing time for any communications throughout the wider business and the coordination of marketing strategies.
Once the press embargo is lifted, details of the winners will be made public via the website, award winners’ magazine and subscriber newsletter.
Making the most of your win
We are prepared to offer a range of promotional packages and items to Corporate Vision winners, which vary from inclusion in the free-of-charge winners’ directory, to trophies, content in the magazine and online advertising.
We encourage all winners to publicly announce their win independently. Announcements via company websites, social media, press releases, and through local and national press are all great ways of maximising the exposure which can be gained from such an achievement.
