About this award
Introducing the Corporate Coaching and Recruitment Awards
Formally the HR & Training Awards, the Corporate Coaching & Recruitment Awards returns once more, allowing CV magazine to reward the hardworking individuals and firms from across the globe. Recognising innovation and excellence in their sector, as well as their outstanding overall performance in this highly competitive market.
Corporate & executive coaches are the backbone of driving success for an organisation, their mission is to provide individuals with the tools to maximise profits and productivity, but without being too forceful to any people who may work with them. Leading coaches will be quick to identify what the main problems are and to adapt a strategy to implement changes which result in improvements for the business and Individuals.
With the continuous movements in technology and social media the recruitment sector is flourishing. 2018 showed a 10% increase in the UK alone, with the industry employing more than 115,000 people and the average value of permanent placements increasing by 6.4%. With such fierce competition worldwide recruiters are adapting new strategies to this evolving industry.
Taking part in the programme is the perfect way to show your employees that their efforts are valued by the organisation, whilst also providing the public with evidence of your successes as a business. Notifying stakeholders of your participation in our programme indicates that your business is garnering the attention of third parties, and that word or your expertise, customer service or products offered are creating a buzz within the sector, industry or market.
Winning a Corporate Coaching & Recruitment Award provides you with evidence you need to prove, beyond doubt, you stand apart from the competition. Enhancing your victory with visual reminders, allows for the promotion of your brand to extend even further, which in turn can attract talented new employees, looking to work for the best and new clients and customers looking to work with the best.
Our awards are based on merit, not the number of votes received. Our process works to ensure that we reward parties based on their excellence in the industry, the quality of their products and their dedication to service.
Those lucky enough to make our winners’ selection are presented to our readers as the leading lights in this prestigious market. So, if you know of, own or are part of, an organisation which you feel is worthy of acknowledgement then please complete the voting form details below.
You will find details of all our award winners here. Our featured winners are included in our digital award supplement on our website and distributed to the greater circulation. The Corporate Vision team work diligently to identify market leaders, innovators and enterprising start-ups, driving many of the nominations themselves.
We also encourage external nominations from Corporate Vision subscribers, online visitors, social media followers, clients and from our wider group circulation.
Nominating parties are invited to put forward either third-party businesses whom they hold in high regard, or their own organisation.
All nominees are formally requested to accept their nomination. Should any firm or individual rather decline at this point, they are simply taken out of the running.
Nominees who formally accept their nomination are given the opportunity to submit additional materials in support of their initial nomination. Although there is no obligation to supply material, we have found that many nominees value this stage in the process as much as our research team.
Evaluating and judging
Our dedicated research team will assess all material submitted by the nominee in order to determine winners based on merit, not popularity. The team also gather information independently from a variety of publicly accessible sources.
Ultimately, the research team casts their judgment based on various criteria, including:
- Client dedication
- Business growth
- Online reputation
- Customer feedback
- Business performance
Once winners are determined, they are personally notified before any public announcement is made, allowing time for any communications throughout the wider business and the coordination of marketing strategies.
Once the press embargo is lifted, details of the winners will be made public via the website, award winners’ magazine and subscriber newsletter.
Making the most of your win
We are prepared to offer a range of promotional packages and items to Corporate Vision winners, which vary from inclusion in the free-of-charge winners’ directory, to trophies, content in the magazine and online advertising.
We encourage all winners to publicly announce their win independently. Announcements via company websites, social media, press releases, and through local and national press are all great ways of maximising the exposure which can be gained from such an achievement.
